Meet our directors

Viswanathan Jayaraman

Founder & Director · MCA

With more than four decades in IT since 1975, Jayaraman conceptualised and implemented data-capture solutions for agricultural fields as early as 1992. That approach has since become an industry standard in tea plantation companies.

He brings established practices from his years at a renowned multinational. He also served as IT consultant to a major Chennai corporate group, where he set up its data centre and led the evaluation and implementation of group-wide ERP. He currently leads Ganini's Microsoft Power BI projects.

Sethuraman Chandrasekaran

Director, Head of Application Development · IISc (ECE, 1981)

An engineer from the Indian Institute of Science with experience in both hardware and software. His work has ranged from dedicated systems to Windows and Linux servers, and from dBASE and Oracle to Developer 2000.

He has led a software company abroad building offsite support for a US medical insurance system. He also set up Ganini's offsite team supporting medical transcription software in the USA. Today he heads development across Microsoft .NET, Oracle and SQL Server, and has a complete grasp of every Ganini application.
